11th Grade ACT (CBT)

This test is our state standardized test, but also an official ACT. It will be provided via computers this year. Scores received may be sent to colleges by juniors in their senior year as part of college applications.
11th grade families may reference email sent home on 4/5/24 regarding date and format change.

Spirit Week – Spring Edition (April 22-26)
YOU MUST CARRY A SIGNEDPERMISSION SLIP EACH DAY (Monday-Thursday) TO PARTICIPATE (See attached document for permissions slip) and bring 1$ cash (each day) to support the class of ’25 senior trip
Monday – Sports Madness Monday (Top Only) Show pride for your favorite sports team! Wear a sports-themed top only, free of overt pop-culture logos/messaging, and free of divisive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate material. Sleeveless jerseys must been worn over a sleeved shirt. Other than the top, students will be in uniform (shoes, socks, bottoms, belt, hair, etc.)
Tuesday – Students on Safari - Dress for a safari excursion in everything from hats to shoes! All non-dress code clothing must clearly represent a safari-themed outfit, which may include animals or safari/zookeeper in khakis look. No jeans. No onesies. No PJs. Follow all modesty guidelines, etc.
Wednesday–Traveling the World Wednesday (Top Only) Dress like a tourist. TOPS ONLY. Examples: shirts/tops from states/countries, Hawaiian shirts, or shirts from other cultures, etc. Follow modesty and overt pop-culture guidelines, etc.
Thursday – Twin Day! (Top Only) Twins, triplets, quads, and more! Wear matching tops (and accessories). Follow modesty and overt pop-culture guidelines, etc.
Friday - Arete Spirit Wear (as always, free, no permission slip, top only) Wear an Arete Prep spirit wear top.
Remember to tuck in your shirt.

Jr. and Sr. Prom "An Evening in Central Park"

Tickets on sale through Configio and on Thursday during HS lunch. Tickets are $60 in advance and $75 at door.
Prom is for juniors and senior students only. Juniors and seniors may bring a guest from any high school grade level. For details on guests, please see deans and ask for a "Guest Form" to fill out and provide to deans no later than Friday, April 19th.
Prom Dress Code can be found from deans. All students and guests must adhere to our formal modesty standards for this event.
